October 6, 2026 | EdukalEdad PLUS+ (Session 11)

The EdukalEdad PLUS+ learners discovered how even limited spaces can become productive through Container Gardening.

Participants learned the basics of growing vegetables and herbs in containers, prepared suitable pots or recycled containers, planted their own vegetables or herbs, and learned proper plant care and maintenance.

The activity encouraged senior learners to make productive use of available home spaces while promoting sustainable practices, food production, and greener communities.
