STUDENTS' EVALUATION OF FACULTY TEACHING PERFORMANCE FOR THE 1st SEMESTER, A.Y. 2025-2026

First Year to Third Year Students are required to complete the evaluation.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. Open your web browser and go to https://studentnc.integraschool.cloud to log in (first-year students need to sign up to create an account).
2. Click the menu ☰ at the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Select Faculty Teaching Performance Evaluation.
4. Click Start Evaluation.
5. Choose the tab containing the subject and the name of the faculty member.
6. Read the instructions carefully.
7. Click submit to complete the evaluation.
8. Repeat the same procedure for all your remaining courses.
9. Please remember to remain respectful when providing comments.
10. Please visit MIS if you encounter any problems logging in.
11. The deadline for completing the evaluation is on SEPTEMBER 19, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
