Application Process:

1. Scan the QR Code or open the Google Form link.

2. Fill out the online application form.

3. Upload the required documents for initial screening.

Submit the form and wait for further instructions from the Admissions Office.

Required Documents for Upload:

• Grade 11 & 12 Card

• Good Moral Certificate

• PSA Birth Certificate

• Transcript of Records (TOR)- for Transferee

• Diploma (if available) Note: For applicants to Education Programs, a minimum GWA of at least 88% is required.
