Following the successful campaign period held on July 16โ€“18, 2026, and the SAFE Elections on July 20, 2026, the Proclamation of the Newly Elected Skilled and Active Future Educators (SAFE) Officers was officially held at 1:00 PM in the AVR Room of Norzagaray College โ€“ College of Education.


The proclamation was witnessed by Dean Maricar Joy C. Buluran, Sir Edmar H. Hufancia (Outgoing SAFE Adviser), Dean Ma. Jeanette C. Pascual, and Mr. Jonathan T. Pascual (New SAFE Adviser), with the unwavering support of College President Ma. Liberty DG. Pascual, PhD.
