Collaborative Meeting for TEACH TO REACH: NSTP-Led Tutoring Program for Struggling Learners (Grades 1-3) in Literacy and Numeracy of Partida Elementary School

Norzagaray College, represented by Dr. Maricar Joy C. Buluran, Dean of the College of Education, and Ms. Romailyn V. Flores, Research and Community Extension Services (CES) Coordinator, visited Mr. Sherwin Santos, School Principal of Partida Elementary School, to discuss the results of the post-assessment conducted among participants of the TEACH TO REACH: NSTP-Led Tutoring Program for Struggling Learners (Grades 1-3) in Literacy and Numeracy of Partida Elementary School.

The meeting highlighted the positive outcomes of the program and identified opportunities to further strengthen learners' literacy and numeracy skills.

More over, Partida Elementary School will conduct another capability training for the second batch of tutors who will be deployed this August 2026 to continue the implementation of the project.
