The Norzagaray College Community Extension Services successfully conducted the session 2 of the EdukalEdad Program for batch 2 of 25 senior citizen learners on February 5, 2026, focusing on conversational English. This initiative continues to empower senior learners by equipping them with essential communication skills, in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.

The session 2 provided participants with engaging and practical learning experiences designed to enhance their confidence in everyday communication. Activities included basic English speaking practice, translation of common Filipino phrases into English, role-playing of real-life situations, and interactive dialogues with guided exercises. These approaches allowed learners to actively participate and apply their knowledge in meaningful contexts.

The EdukalEDAD Program remains a testament to Norzagaray College’s dedication to fostering inclusive education and community empowerment. By addressing learning needs across diverse age groups, the program contributes to reducing inequalities and promoting equal opportunities for personal growth and development.
