👤 NC Administrator | 📅 February 21, 2026

By promoting the active aging and importance of holistic well-being among senior citizens students, the Norzagaray College Community Extension Services (CES) successfully conducted it's sixth session on February 21, 2026, focusing on Health and Wellness through Dance.

Facilitated by Teacher Volunteer Mrs. Marsha T. Abel, the activity provided a supportive and enjoyable learning environment that inspired participants to embrace wellness as a continuous journey.

The session 6 featured a dance practice in preparation for the Post-Valentine’s Day Celebration performance, where senior participants actively engaged in guided warm-up exercises, basic choreography, and cardiovascular movements designed to promote heart health. Activities also included group coordination and rhythm-building exercises, encouraging teamwork and social interaction among participants.

This initiative highlights the value of active aging and lifelong learning, in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being and SDG 4: Quality Education.
