On March 12, 2026, the EduKalEDAD: Elder Enrichment Program of Norzagaray College Community Extension Services successfully conducted Session 12, focusing on Health and Wellness: Simple Stretching Exercises. This session aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, SDG 4: Quality Education, and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.

Senior participants actively engaged in simple stretching exercises for flexibility, basic movement exercises to strengthen the body, breathing and relaxation techniques, and cool-down routines to relax muscles. Through these activities, learners were reminded of the importance of regular movement and simple exercises to maintain health, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.

This session highlights that lifelong learning includes caring for both the mind and body, empowering older adults to stay active, healthy, and independent.
