EdukalEdad Program Batch 2

On March 19, 2026, the EduKalEDAD: Elder Enrichment Program of Norzagaray College – Community Extension Services successfully conducted Session 14, focusing on Socialization. This session brought together Batch 1 and Batch 2 learners, promoting meaningful interaction and community building. It aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

Participants actively built connections and friendships, shared experiences and learnings from the program, and took part in interactive activities that strengthened their confidence and sense of belonging. The session was further enriched by a message from Hon. Maria Elena L. Germar, BOT Chair and Municipal Mayor, highlighting the importance of lifelong learning, unity, and community empowerment among senior citizens.

Through this activity, learners experienced the value of social connection, mutual support, and continued growth, proving that education is most meaningful when shared with others.
