Norzagaray College Joins Tara, Basa! Capacity Building for YDWs

From March 23–27, 2026, Norzagaray College actively participated in the Capacity Building Program for Youth Development Workers (YDWs) under the DSWD Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program at the Starmall Convention Center, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. This program aimed to equip YDWs with the skills and knowledge necessary to support parents and enhance children’s reading abilities in the community.

Through this initiative, Norzagaray College reaffirms its commitment to community service, literacy development, and inclusive education. By empowering YDWs, the College helps strengthen local efforts to improve learning outcomes and promote active family engagement in education.
