Norzagaray College and MSWDO Seal Partnership for Project SERVE
On March 23, 2026, Norzagaray College, through the Community Extension Services and the College of Hospitality Management, formalized its partnership with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) Norzagaray through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing, followed by an orientation for Solo Parent beneficiaries under Project SERVE: Solo-Parent Empowerment through Resilient Vocational Education.
Project SERVE is designed to empower solo parents by providing national certification training and practical skills for employment and livelihood. The program will support 20 solo parent beneficiaries with competency-based training and continuous guidance, helping them achieve financial independence while balancing family responsibilities.
This initiative underscores the strong collaboration between Norzagaray College and MSWDO in promoting inclusive development, sustainable livelihood opportunities, and community empowerment, particularly for solo parents striving to improve their economic and social well-being.
