𝗜𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟱, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the Office of Student Affairs of Norzagaray College has temporarily authorized the wearing of plain white shirts within campus premises, effective April 13, 2026, until further notice.

The measure aims to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of students amid extreme heat conditions. Students are reminded to maintain proper decorum and adhere to dress code standards. White shirts with inappropriate, offensive, or non-academic prints remain strictly prohibited.

All concerned are advised to be guided accordingly and ensure compliance
