As part of the continuing commitment of the Institute of Computer Networks Society (ICONS) to promote academic growth and technical skills, the Computer Learning Assistance Program (CLAP) successfully conducted a peer tutoring session for first-year students last July 31, 2026, at Computer Laboratory A.

The session focused on Basic C++ Programming, introducing first-year students to fundamental programming concepts and practical applications. Through peer tutoring, participants had the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and strengthen their programming skills in a supportive environment. Beyond technical learning, CLAP encouraged collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing among students.

The program aimed to help first-year students build confidence and develop a strong foundation in programming as they begin their journey in the field of Information Technology. Through CLAP, ICONS continues to create opportunities that empower students, support academic growth, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
