The Norzagaray College – College of Computing Studies proudly continues its partnership with Huawei ICT Academy for the period 2026–2028, building on the collaboration that began in 2024. This ongoing partnership reaffirms the college’s strong commitment to providing quality, industry-aligned ICT education.

Huawei ICT Academy is a global partnership between Huawei and academic institutions around the world. Through this collaboration, the academy delivers comprehensive training on Huawei ICT technologies, encourages students to pursue internationally recognized Huawei certifications, and develops future-ready talents equipped with practical skills relevant to the ICT industry and the broader community.

This continued partnership reflects the shared vision of advancing digital education, innovation, and technological excellence among students of the College of Computing Studies. It also ensures that learners are exposed to current industry standards, hands-on learning experiences, and globally competitive opportunities.

Sincere acknowledgment and gratitude are extended to Dr. Ma. Liberty DG. Pascual, College President, and Dr. Mindalita O. Cruz, Dean of the College of Computing Studies, for their constant support, guidance, and leadership in advancing the initiatives of the college. Special recognition is likewise given to Mr. Christian C. Torres, who is a Huawei Certified Academy Instuctor since 2022, for his dedication and efforts in sustaining, strengthening, and growing this partnership.
