EDUKalEDAD Program: Elder Enrichment Program
The Community Extension Services (CES) had launched the second batch of its long term project, the EDUKalEDAD program.
The class started with the basic conversational English with the lecturer, Ms. Michelle Cruz. "We aimed to make our elders mentally active, socially engaged, and more confident in everyday communication. We wanted them to practice simple dialogues about daily life and social interaction in a relaxed and supportive setting," said Ms. Cruz.
According to CES coordinator, Ms. Romailyn Flores, the classes are every Tuesday and Thursday that will run until the 23rd of April, 2026.
