NC welcomes Ms. Abel
๐ก๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐, ๐๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป โ Ms. Marsha T. Abel has officially joined the faculty of Norzagaray College as an Instructor II, marking a full-circle moment for the educator who once studied in the same institution she now serves.
โI am honored to join the faculty of Norzagaray College, an institution that shaped my academic and professional foundation,โ Abel said. โComing back as an instructor feels like coming home.โ
Abel brings with her 13 years of service as a public school teacher in the Department of Education (DepEd) where she gained extensive experience in teaching and academic work. Prior to her full-time appointment, she also served as a part-time instructor at Norzagaray College, allowing her to gradually transition into her current role.
She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) from Norzagaray College and belonged to the first batch of graduates in 2011. Abel later earned her Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management from La Consolacion University Philippines.
Grateful for the opportunity, Abel expressed her commitment to giving back to the institution that helped shape her career. โIโm grateful for the chance to teach, mentor, and continue learning alongside the next generation,โ she said.
Her appointment reflects Norzagaray Collegeโs continuing efforts to strengthen its faculty by welcoming educators whose roots and professional journeys are deeply tied to the institution.
