To all Norzagaray College (NC) students and graduates, who wish to request their Transcript of Records (TOR), Diploma. and other school credentials, please click "Send Message" and provide the following details:

Required Details:

1. Full Name
2. Student Number
3. Course and Year Graduated - for graduate students
4. Course and Last Semester Attended - for non-graduating/current students
5. Purpose of Request - required for Transcript of Records (TOR) request

Please make sure that all information provided is complete and accurate to facilitate the processing of your request.

Upon claiming the Requested Credential/s:

Please present the following:

1. Clearance Form with complete signatures of the authorized personnel in their respective offices; and
2. Proof of Payment for the particular credential/s requested.
