ABSTRACT
Employee retention is a critical aspect of organizational success, particularly in the hospitality industry. This study delved into the factors influencing employee retention at a chosen restaurant in Bulacan, focusing on job satisfaction, work stress, and benefits assessment. Through a questionnaire-based approach, data were gathered to analyze the impact of these factors on employees’ longevity in the workplace. The study employed a descriptive research design, with 50 regular employees from multiple branches of this chosen specific restaurant in Bulacan. The findings highlighted the significance of addressing key factors such as job satisfaction and work stress to enhance employee retention strategies. By understanding and addressing these factors, the restaurant can develop effective retention strategies to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover rates.
