Vision
The Norzagaray College Guidance and Counseling Center aspires to be a Center of Wellness committed to develop and nurture each student in their total development towards self-understanding and self-direction.
Mission
The Norzagaray College Guidance and Counseling Center is dedicated to:
1. Achieve personal development and effectiveness through self-knowledge.
2. Assist students in academic, career challenges, and facing life adjustments.
3. Build a collaborative relationship with various stakeholders to help ensure academic, career, employment, personal and social development of all students.
Objectives
1. Provide services to the community that promote psychological well-being of its members and mental health awareness.
2. Assist students in resolving their problems in academics, career choice, personal and social adjustments to be able to recognize his or her own self-worth.
3. Promote partnership with parents/guardians, school personnel, and community members, as a student advocate, to support student success.
4. Establish strong linkages with public and private institutions and professional organizations for on-the-job training and possible employment opportunities of students.
